How the reset link works

The link is single useIt works once and expires 45 minutes after it is sent. Asking for another one immediately invalidates the previous link.
We don’t confirm who has an accountThe reset form answers the same way for every address, so nobody can use it to find out whether a particular person is a customer — including when that person is you.
Setting a new password signs out everywhereEvery other session is ended when the password changes, so a device you no longer control loses its access at the same moment.
