Impressions, decisions, consent rate

Consent rate is decisions divided by impressions. Accept rate is how many of those decisions granted something.

Impressions
Times a banner was shown to a visitor who had no stored decision.
Decisions
Times a visitor pressed a button on it.
Consent rate
Decisions as a share of impressions — how many people answered at all.
Accept rate
Decisions that granted at least one optional category, as a share of all decisions.

Returning visitors with a stored decision count in none of these: they see no banner and make no decision. A site with mostly returning traffic will show small numbers here and that is correct.

By country and by category

Where the decisions came from, and how many allowed analytics, marketing and preferences.

Two cards under the chart on the Dashboard, each with its own 24h / 7d / 30d switch. By category counts decisions made on the banner; By country counts every decision recorded, including opt-outs a browser sent through Global Privacy Control. A member limited to clients sees those clients’ decisions alone.

By country
The countries most decisions came from, each with its share of the decisions we could place, how many there were and how many accepted all. A GDPR tag marks the countries where GDPR or UK GDPR applies. Decisions with no country are counted in the card's subtitle rather than left out, so you know how much of the picture is missing.
By category
For each optional category — analytics, marketing, preferences — the share of banner decisions that allowed it. The three do not add up to 100%: one decision can allow several categories, or none.
