Wix
Paste this under Settings → Custom Code, in the head, on all pages.
Steps
- In the Wix dashboard: Settings → Custom Code → Add Custom Code. Custom code needs a paid Wix plan with a connected domain.
- Paste the snippet. Set Add code to pages to All pages, Place code in to Head, and apply.
- Verify the domain in the panel, then publish a banner. Wix’s own consent policy is set from every decision automatically, so Wix’s analytics and marketing tools follow it.
“The Site ID” is your domain’s identifier, shown under Domains → Install tag in the panel.

Two blocks, in this order
The first block sets Google Consent Mode to denied before anything loads — so if our tag ever cannot be fetched, your Google tags stay off rather than firing as if no banner existed.
Paste both blocks under Settings → Custom Code: All pages, Head. Leave its category as Essential, the default — any other category makes Wix hold it back until the visitor consents. The CMPStack app, once listed, embeds both itself.
It protects Google tags only. Meta, TikTok and other tags read no Consent Mode signal; our tag blocks those itself.
